On your computer keyboard, press the Print Screen button.
Open Paint (or your preferred image editing program), or if you have a series of screenshots to compile, open a new Microsoft Word document.
Right click on your mouse, and select Paste (or press Ctrl + V).
When you're done, save the file to your computer.
Attach the image or document file to your message or post.
