Error: Imported Content Files are Damaged

In the case where the content files you imported are “corrupted” or “damaged”, this may mean that you will have to try re-importing your content again.

If you’re using your Content CD to import your content…

If you already tried to import your content CD to your Little Reader and found that you are getting the “corrupted” or “damaged” error, please try to import your content by downloading the files from your BrillKids Account.

For instructions on how to download content from your account online, please visit this article:

If you’re already trying to import your content by downloading from your online account…

If trying to download the content in one huge file isn’t working, choose to try downloading the curriculum content in parts.
The big curriculum files are split up into smaller files, so people who don’t have a steady internet connection can choose to do this. Downloading the content in parts does NOT mean that you don’t need to download all the parts. On the contrary, you will need to download these parts in CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER and you will need to import them in CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER as well.

If all else fails…

Please try to send us a diagnostic report.
