Error: Imported Content Files are DamagedIn the case where the content files you imported are “corrupted” or “damaged”, this may mean that you will have to try re-importing your content again.
If you’re using your Content CD to import your content…If you already tried to import your content CD to your Little Reader and found that you are getting the “corrupted” or “damaged” error, please try to import your content by downloading the files from your BrillKids Account.
If you’re already trying to import your content by downloading from your online account…If trying to download the content in one huge file isn’t working, choose to try downloading the curriculum content in parts.
If all else fails…Please try to send us a diagnostic report. |
