Please try using the CleanerReader file (see attachment) and see if it fixes your activation issue. You don't need to uninstall Little Reader before using this, but in case you want to start from scratch (such as completely removing Little Reader and re-installing from the start), you may use this file after uninstalling Little Reader.

  • Please download this file: http://d2.brillkids.com/upload/files/support/CleanerReader2.0.exe
  • Double-click on this file to open it, and a black DOS-like window will open.
  • In the black window, kindly do the following:
  • When asked to choose a "mode," type in "1" (just the digit itself)
  • When asked "Do you want to remove..." type in "y"
  • This window will close once the process is finished

 

After doing the steps above, you may try opening (or reinstalling) Little Reader again, and you should be able to go through the activation process without any problems.


NOTE: Once you are able to install Little Reader successfully, please delete the "CleanerReader2.0.exe" file permanently (i.e., delete it from your Recycle Bin too). This will prevent any unnecessary connections between your Little Reader and our license servers.
