How to check your package delivery status

After we process your shipment order, we will send your package to the post office/courier company. Then, a tracking number which can be used to track the delivery status of your package will be sent to the email address that is registered with your BrillKids Account. Once the tracking number is sent to your email address, you can also find out your tracking number in the Receipt & Records page in your BrillKids Account.

 

To check the delivery status of your package, please follow the instructions below:

 

1. Sign in to the your email account, then look for the email entitled Your BrillKids.com order has shipped (Order No. xxxxxxxx), in which xxxxxxxx is your purchase order number.

Note: If you don't see the email in your email inbox, please check your spam folder.

 

2. Open the mail and you will see your tracking number in the following sentence: 

For your reference, the number you can use to track your package is xxxxxxxx.

Note: xxxxxxxx is your tracking number.

 

3. Once you get your tracking number, find out whether your package is shipped via Express or Regular in the following sentence in the email:

All items in the order have been shipped to you by BrillKids.com via xxxxxxxx

Note: xxxxxxxx is the shipping method (Express/Regular).

 

4. Visit the corresponding websites below and enter your tracking number to track your shipment: (Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately.)

Express Shipping

http://www.fedex.com/tracking

 

Regular Shipping

http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp

 

 

If your package is shipped via Regular, you can also click on the drop-down menu in the HongKong Post page above and select the destination of your package if available. It will bring you to that specific country's post office website, then you can enter your tracking number in the post office's mail tracking page to track your package.

 

 

Alternatively, you can go to Receipt & Records under the My Purchases tab in your BrillKids Account and look for your tracking number corresponding to the purchase order number. Note that there will be a Fedex or HKPost remark in front of the tracking number.

The Fedex remark means your package is shipped via Express and you should go to http://www.fedex.com/tracking to track your shipment, while the HKPost remark means your package is shipped via Regular and you should go to http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp to track your shipment.
