Aim to be as consistent as possible with showing your child her lessons. Children learn through repetition, and it is much better to teach a little often than to try to "blitz" a bunch of words.

However, the odd day or two without lessons is not going to compromise your efforts. Just try to make sure it doesn't happen too often.
