Here are some step-by-step instructions on how to upload a file to the BrillKids Forum.

1. Go to the BrillKids Forum.

2. Under the My Profile section, click on the Add a Download link.

3. Fill in the download form.

   File Type
   Specify which file type it belongs to.

   Language
   Choose what language your file should be in, either English or Foreign Language.

   Category
   Choose up to three relevant categories for your file. Simply select them from the list.

   Description
   Fill in a short description about your file.

   Upload File
   Click on the Browse button and locate the file on your computer. Select the file you want to upload and click on the Open button.

4. When you are done, click on the Add Download button to upload your file.
