Updating Your Payment Details (for Installment Plan Users)

(Note: Installment Plans are no longer available as of December 30, 2011.)

 

If you purchased via PayPal:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Find the Profile link under the blue-tabbed section of your account's My Account page.
  3. Click the Profile button, or choose from the drop-down menu the specific details to change from the list of available options.
  4. Make the changes and click Save. Your PayPal details are updated.
  5. Notify us after updating your PayPal account by sending us an email at support@brillkids.com. We will reactivate your suspended license keys (if any) and your installment schedule.

 

If you purchased using your credit card (PayDollar, WorldPay):

  1. Click on this link to download and print out our Payment Information Update Form.
  2. Completely fill out the form using block letters. Make sure writing is legible.
  3. Fax this form to (+852) 2526 5106.
  4. Notify us after sending the fax form by sending us an email at support@brillkids.com. We will reactivate your suspended license keys (if any) and your installment schedule.
