The "License key already exists" error message may appear when you import a license key that has been imported or activated in the same computer before.
If you've uninstalled your BrillKids software and you're just trying to reinstall it, please check first if your software is still activated after you've reinstalled it. Your previous license key activation will remain valid as long as you do not delete the activation record from your BrillKids Account.
Alternatively, check your BrillKids Account and remove the activation record for the computer where you're getting this error, then try importing your key again. Click here for instructions on how to remove your old activation record
